- Utilize Xactimate to build detailed, accurate estimates in real time—incorporating labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.

- Lead in-home or virtual design consultations, assessing customer needs, preferences, and project scope.
- Bring a curated selection of sample materials (finishes, fabrics, fixtures, etc.) to every consultation, and recommend styles and finishes tailored to each client’s aesthetic and budget.
- Develop and showcase design concepts—floor plans, color/material selections, and product samples—tailored to each client’s style and budget.
- Communicate technical details (e.g., construction methods, material lifecycles, warranties) in an accessible, value-driven way.
